Your Personal Entourage was established in 2008 by Karen Plourde. A person who has a lot of time on her hands and loves to help everyone with odd jobs, research, and everything in between.

Karen is the "go-to-girl" when her friends and family need something done, looked up, or taken care of. She has planned many birthday parties, baby showers and weddings; staff meetings, parties and family getaways. When someone needs some information, Karen finds it in no time. If you are buying something, Karen searches for the best possible prices in the city.

Karen upgrades her certificates and diplomas every couple of years, the last being in 2006 with a Business Administration Diploma and a Computerized Accounting Diploma. She has extensive knowledge of Microsoft 2008, QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, AccPac, Business Vision, Adobe CS3 software and more.

Being a manager of 2 different companies, she has HR experience, as well as an administration background of over 15 years.

Karen has hand-selected her specialty staff with background checks, reference checks and interviews. She picks her staff based on how much they love to help people.
