1. What services do you offer?
We have several services that can help you - listed on our site - contact us for a complete list. If what you are looking for is not on the list - just ask. As long as it is legal and ethical, we should be able to help.
2. When should I call for service?
Your Personal Entourage is a 24/7 service, our regular operating hours are 8am-8pm. You should give us as much notice as possible, but emergency calls are welcome, at no additional charge, unless after regular operating hours.
3. What if I don’t have time to meet with you to purchase your time?
We don’t need to meet in person to help you out, just call or email us with specifics, if there is a problem we have your number to verify what needs to be done.
4. How do I pay for your errand services?
Our hourly packages are paid upfront when ordered. If you need additional hours, they can be paid for at the time of order, or we can invoice you. If you are not purchasing hourly packages - all hours purchased should be paid for at time of ordering. You can call in a credit card, you can email transfer from your bank account to ours or drop off a cheque or cash (we can pick it up if needed).
5. Am I assigned the same concierge at all times?
You will have an account manager who will handle your requests, the Entourage staff that handles the request may be different each time, as each request is special, and we want to make sure the right Entourage staff member is qualified to handle it with ease.
6. What about my personal information?
Your Personal Entourage has a very strict privacy policy. Your personal information is kept confidential and we do not sell or share our membership list. At times we may need to make an exception, and share personal information, with a vested third party vendor contracted to provide services to you. We will clear each exception with you. We do not keep credit card information on file unless authorized by you in writing.
7. Are you insured?
Yes, we carry liability insurance and would be happy to share our policy with you, at your request. Additionally, all of our associate concierges are bonded and have a letter of clearance from The Toronto Police Department.
